4 simple steps to receive your parcels in your Boks
Generate a keypad opening code for the delivery driver
With each online purchase, use your Boks mobile app to generate a note containing the driver's opening code as well as your Boks registration number. (e.g. BoksX123 Code4584D5)
Several types of codes* are available to you:
- Single-use code for your regular deliveries
- Permanent code for your trusted driver (or your postal carrier)
*Generating single-use codes is unlimited.
To shop online with complete freedom, you can generate an opening code remotely, without being physically near your Boks.
Enter the code in your delivery address
Enter the note generated by your app into your delivery information when you make your online purchase. Use either of the fields: Address or Additional information or even Delivery instructions...
It must be visible to the driver on the parcel label (or on their handheld terminal).
Don't hesitate to duplicate the information (e.g. in both the Address AND Delivery instructions fields). Properly transmitting this note with the opening code is the key to a successful delivery in your Boks!
Your driver places your parcel in your Boks
Nothing could be simpler for them: they just tap the opening code found on the parcel label into the Boks keypad.

Can't your driver find the code? No problem, they can call you so you can tell them out loud (your issued codes are visible in your Boks app). You can also generate a new one live over the phone!
Collect your parcel whenever you like
Open your Boks via Bluetooth from the mobile app.
For added security, all opening activities (drop-off and pick-up) are recorded in the Boks app.
