RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Changed your mind? As a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days to withdraw, without having to give any reason.

Article 1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision:

• for a Product: from the date of its receipt;
• for a Service: from the conclusion of the contract.

This right is reserved for customers acting as consumers. It does not apply to professional (B2B) customers.

Article 2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal:

• using the online withdrawal function available on this page;
• by email to info@boks.app;
• by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to: Boks, 8 rue Réaumur, 75003 Paris, France.

Your request must take the form of an unambiguous statement. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request on a durable medium.

Article 3. Model withdrawal form

You may use the following model, without obligation:

"For the attention of Boks, 8 rue Réaumur, 75003 Paris — info@boks.app. I, the undersigned [customer's name], residing at [address], hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following good [name of Product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]."

If notifying by post, please date and sign your statement.

Article 4. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products that are personalised or made to your specifications — in particular a personalised engraved plate or a parcel box painted in a custom colour. These Products cannot be returned or refunded;
• Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with your prior express consent and where you acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal.

Article 5. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the Product without undue delay.

We recommend returning it in its original packaging, complete with its accessories and instructions, together with a copy of the invoice and the return number provided by our customer service.

The cost of returning the Product(s) remains your responsibility.

Any Product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated cannot be refunded in full.

Article 6. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we may withhold the refund until the Product has been recovered or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
