The customer's setup :
- 50 Boks in Size S at each site carrying out sampling (mainly doctors' practices)
- When a sample needs to be collected, the sampler loads the Boks via their Boks app. The carrier is notified in real time of every Boks containing samples to be collected and can optimise their rounds. Each driver is equipped with the Boks mobile app to unload the Boks.
